Our Process

Our team is continually striving for perfection when creating your perfect living environment. We strategically design and install efficient power, water, electrical and heat systems that are safely and discreetly housed within the van. We tailor each system to your specific needs as your comfort on the road is our number one priority. All systemal work is done in our shop in Golden, CO.

• SYSTEMS
  • Power, water, heating, cooling, and lighting. Systems are the heart of a van.
• POWER
  • Our experienced team will work to create the most efficient power system package for your needs. This option is a must if you plan on traveling off-grid and using items like a refrigerator, induction cooktop stove, aftermarket A/C or vent, or a microwave.
    • AGM BATTERIES
      • Maintenance free, provides good electrical reliability, stands up well to low temperatures, low self-discharge, ability to deep cycle. Batteries are built into custom closed boxes in the rear or installed underneath the chassis
    • LITHIUM ION BATTERIES
      • Ideal for running heavy loads for long periods of time, have short charge times, 3X the lifespan of traditional batteries, high cycle efficiency, virtually shockproof and great for heavy use. Batteries are built into custom closed boxes in the rear or installed underneath the chassis.
    • INVERTER
      • A power inverter changes DC power from a battery into conventional AC power that you can use to operate all kinds of devices. This option is a must if you plan on using items like a refrigerator, induction cooktop stove, outlets, etc.
    • SOLAR
      • Harness the light from the sun and convert it into electricity to charge your batteries while you’re on the road.
    • OUTLETS
      • With custom placement of 110V, USB, 12V, and ARB outlets, charging appliances and devices on the road is easy. This option is a must if you plan on charging cell phones, laptops, or batteries, or powering a hairdryer, blender, or TV.
    • LIGHTING
      • Strategically placed interior lighting is very helpful in low-light situations and pleasant when spending time relaxing inside the van.
        • LED OVERHEAD LIGHTS – 6+ overhead LED lights with two switch locations come standard
        • LED GEAR LIGHTS – Perfect for those late nights digging through bags in the cargo area of the van.
        • LED STRIP LIGHTS – Perfect for early mornings firing up the cooktop, placed below cabinetry and above the kitchen galley.
        • LED LOAD LIGHTS – Perfect for those late nights loading or unloading from the cargo area of the van.

HEATING
Keep your van warm in the coldest winter conditions. The heating systems installed are designed to run directly off of the van’s fuel tank or propane. Extremely efficient and powerful, these systems use very little electrical power with the potential to run for days without refueling. This option is recommended if you plan to camp in cold weather.

COOLING
Keep your van cool in the hottest of climates.

• ROOF VENT
  • Choosing to add a roof vent will make a large impact on cabin comfort. We install vents with a 10 speed reversible fan, auto-open/close, a remote and a rain sensor. This option is a must for fresh air circulation and ventilation, especially when sleeping in mild to warm temperatures or using a cooktop inside the van.
• AFTERMARKET 12V ROOF TOP A/C
  • Air conditioning makes staying in hot, humid environments much more enjoyable! This option must be accompanied by a robust power system.
